  • 1 cup chicken broth Vegetable broth works for a vegetarian version.
  • 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning Fresh herbs can elevate the flavor.
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust based on heat preference.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper Use freshly ground for best flavor.

For the Finish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add garlic and onion to the skillet. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
