For the Crumble Topping

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon for the muffins.
Add melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter for the crumble topping until crumbly.
Fill each muffin cup with batter and sprinkle the crumble topping on each.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool before serving.
Notes
Store muffins in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can add nuts or chocolate chips to the batter for extra flavor.
