Ingredients
  

For the Muffins

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or a plant-based alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Crumble Topping

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon for the muffins.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter for the crumble topping until crumbly.
  • Fill each muffin cup with batter and sprinkle the crumble topping on each.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

Store muffins in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can add nuts or chocolate chips to the batter for extra flavor.
