Classic Lemon Fluff Salad
This refreshing salad combines pineapple, lemon, and whipped topping for a light dessert.
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 20 oz crushed pineapple undrained
- 3 oz instant lemon pudding mix
- Juice and zest from 1 lemon lemon
- 8 oz whipped topping thawed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup coconut
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, lemon pudding mix, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Fold in the whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and coconut until well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less coconut or marshmallows.
