Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Topping

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and boiling water.
  • Pour the topping mixture over the dough in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Let the pizza cool before slicing. You can serve it warm or at room temperature.
