For the Dough

For the Topping

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and boiling water.
Pour the topping mixture over the dough in the baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Let the pizza cool before slicing. You can serve it warm or at room temperature.
