Ingredients
  

For the Tea

  • 1 stick cinnamon stick or ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup boiling water

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey for sweetness and soothing properties
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice for added vitamin C
  • 1 slice fresh ginger for anti-inflammatory benefits

Instructions
 

  • Boil water and pour it over the cinnamon stick in a cup.
  • Add honey, lemon juice, and ginger if desired. Stir well and let steep for a few minutes.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness and acidity by varying the amounts of honey and lemon juice.
