For the Cake

vanilla cake mix
plus ingredients listed on the box, usually eggs, oil, and water
For the Cinnamon Mixture

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions
Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions and bake in a baking pan.
While the cake is baking, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl to create the cinnamon mixture.
Once the cake is baked, let it cool slightly, then poke holes all over the top with a fork.
Pour the cinnamon mixture over the warm cake, allowing it to soak in.
In another bowl, mix together cream cheese, softened unsalted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth to create the frosting.
Spread the cream cheese frosting over the top of the cake.
Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
