Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  • Drop a tablespoon of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, make a small indent in the center, and fill it with the cheesecake mixture. Top with another small amount of cookie dough.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
