In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
Drop a tablespoon of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, make a small indent in the center, and fill it with the cheesecake mixture. Top with another small amount of cookie dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool before serving.
