For the Topping

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle it over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
This bread can be stored in an airtight container for several days. You can also add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
