Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, white sugar, baking powder, and milk until smooth. Pour this mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
