Instructions
Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll dough instructions.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut into small squares. Place a spoonful of cheesecake filling in the center of each square.
Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and seal. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake according to the dough instructions until golden brown.
Mix the granulated sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the warm bites.
Notes
For an extra twist, try adding a dash of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mix.
