Ingredients
  

For the Cookies

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 ounce)
  • ½ cup holiday sprinkles
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • Gradually add the yellow cake mix and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the holiday sprinkles.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Dust with powdered sugar.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of salt to the dough.
