Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add the salt, vanilla, and eggs, mixing well.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let cool on the sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra festive cookies, use holiday-themed chocolate chips or swap the sprinkles for seasonal colors.
