Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the baking dish with unsalted butter.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
Add the torn sweet bread to the mixture and gently fold in the cream cheese cubes and dark chocolate chunks.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set and golden on top.
