Ingredients
  

For the Stir-Fry

  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for better results.
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger Grated or minced ginger works best.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced garlic adds flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
  • Add the garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 1 minute.
  • Mix in the shredded cabbage and continue to stir-fry until tender.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to combine.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then serve hot.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor and nutrition.
