Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (or thighs), thinly sliced

Vegetables

  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced into half-moons
  • 1 red bell pepper (optional), sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Sauces

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional, for richness)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a stir-fry pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the garlic, zucchinis, and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

You can customize this stir fry by adding other vegetables or protein of your choice.
