Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Crust

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

For the Caesar Salad Topping

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing (preferably creamy)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup cooked chicken pieces, seasoned and crisped or chicken bacon bits (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, dried herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza shape.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, additional grated Parmesan cheese, and cooked chicken pieces or bacon bits.
  • Finish with freshly ground black pepper before serving.
