Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, dried herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza shape.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, additional grated Parmesan cheese, and cooked chicken pieces or bacon bits.
Finish with freshly ground black pepper before serving.
