Chicken Cordon Bleu Stromboli

A simple recipe combining chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese wrapped in pizza dough.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast sliced or shredded
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise optional
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the dough.
  • Layer the chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese on top of the mustard.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
  • Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
