Chicken Club Pasta Salad
A simple pasta salad with chicken, bacon, and fresh vegetables.
For the Salad
- 8 oz corkscrew pasta (rotini or fusilli)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup shredded Muenster cheese Monterey Jack as a substitute
- ½ cup celery, diced
- ½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
For the Dressing
- ½ cup Italian-style dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
