Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread the frozen tater tots evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix well.
Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon and the chopped or shredded chicken.
Spread the mixture evenly over the tater tots.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions and reserved crumbled bacon before serving.
Notes
You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
