In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, coat them well, and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve the sliced chicken in tortillas, topped with diced pineapple, red onion, and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over the top and enjoy!
