For the Cookie Dough

brown butter
cooled to room temperature

granulated sugar

light brown sugar

For the Dry Ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking soda

kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine brown butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar. Mix well.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and kosher salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
