Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough like Pillsbury Grands

For the Filling

  • 1 can cherry pie filling

For the Coating

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

For Serving

  • powdered sugar or whipped cream optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center.
  • Pinch the edges of the biscuit to seal the filling inside.
  • Roll the filled biscuit into a ball and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving with powdered sugar or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

These Cherry Pie Bombs are best served warm.
