Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Bites
- 15.25 ounce cherry chip cake mix
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
For the Coating
- 12 ounce bright pink candy wafer melts
- 4 ounce white almond bark
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry chip cake mix and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt the candy wafer melts and white almond bark in the microwave.
- Dip the cheesecake balls in the melted coating and return to the baking sheet to set.
