Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Topping

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup crushed buttery crackers like Ritz
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and crushed buttery crackers over the chicken.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
