Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the top.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and crushed buttery crackers over the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
