These easy Cheesy Pepperoni Rolls are made with pizza dough, mozzarella, pepperoni, and savory seasoning. Perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or quick family meals — freezer-friendly and totally delicious.

- 1 lb frozen pizza dough thawed
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 25-30 slices of pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle (~¼-inch thick).
Spread tomato sauce, leaving a ½-inch border.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly.
Layer pepperoni slices across dough.
Roll tightly from the long side into a log.
Slice into 1–1.5-inch rolls.
Place on baking sheet, cut side up.
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
