Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 large egg

For the Filling

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  • Add warm milk, melted butter, warm water, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough and spread softened butter.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, and parsley over the dough. Roll it up and cut into pieces.
  • Place the pieces in a muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Notes

Serve warm for the best flavor. You can also add herbs for extra taste.
