For the Dough

For the Filling

grated Parmesan cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm milk, melted butter, warm water, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough and spread softened butter.
Sprinkle Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, and parsley over the dough. Roll it up and cut into pieces.
Place the pieces in a muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Notes
Serve warm for the best flavor. You can also add herbs for extra taste.
