Instructions
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken chunks and cook until browned and cooked through.
In a pot, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and butter. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix in the cooked rotini and the cheeses until melted and combined.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
