For the Quesadillas

ground beef or turkey

Worcestershire sauce

smoked paprika

onion powder

garlic powder

dried minced onions
salt and pepper
to taste

olive oil or butter
You may need oil or butter for each quesadilla you prepare depending on the type of pan you use.

8-inch tortillas

grated cheddar cheese
½
cup
grated mozzarella cheese
¼

diced pickles
For the Burger Sauce
½
cup
mayo
2
tablespoons
ketchup
2
tablespoons
pickle relish
1
teaspoon
sweetener or sugar
½
teaspoon
paprika
regular paprika, not smoked
½
teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
vinegar
¼
teaspoon
mustard
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried minced onions, salt, and pepper.
Remove beef mixture from skillet and set aside.
Wipe skillet clean and heat olive oil or butter.
Place tortilla in skillet. Sprinkle cheese, beef mixture, and diced pickles on half of the tortilla.
Fold tortilla in half and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Mix mayo, ketchup, pickle relish, sweetener, paprika, onion powder, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Serve quesadillas with burger sauce.
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet or griddle for easier flipping.
