For the Filling

For the Crust and Topping

unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

all-purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Spoon the beef mixture into the crust.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef mixture.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and flour. Pour over the cheese layer.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
Notes
Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional ketchup or mustard if desired.
