For the Soup

elbow macaroni

shredded cheddar cheese

beef broth

heavy cream

Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until onion is translucent.
Add ground beef to the pot, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook until tender.
Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
You can add vegetables for extra nutrition or use different types of cheese for varied flavor.
