Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces turkey breast
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each sourdough slice.
  • Layer turkey, cheddar cheese, and bacon on one slice.
  • Top with the other slice, buttered side facing out.
  • Place sandwich in skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use thick-cut bacon for extra flavor.
  • Toast sourdough lightly for extra crunch.
