For the Filling

cup
cream cheese, softened
full-fat for extra richness

tablespoons
powdered sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract
For the Apples

apple, peeled and diced small
Honeycrisp or Granny Smith
½
teaspoon
cinnamon

tablespoon
brown sugar

tablespoon
butter
to sauté the apples

crescent roll dough (8 oz)
Pillsbury or any brand
caramel sauce, for drizzling
store-bought or homemade
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Sauté until apples are soft.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange them in a circle on a baking sheet with points facing outward.
Spread cream cheese mixture over the wide part of each triangle. Top with sautéed apples.
Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling, tucking them under to form a ring.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for best flavor.
