Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk For tenderizing
  • 2 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning For flavor
  • 1 cup Flour Mixture Seasoned for coating

For the Garlic Aioli

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Base for aioli
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice For brightness

For Assembly

  • 4 pieces Brioche Buns Soft and slightly sweet
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce For freshness
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Sliced

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  • Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture and Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Prepare the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Assemble the sandwich by placing the crispy chicken on brioche buns with lettuce, tomatoes, and garlic aioli.

Notes
