1lbboneless, skinless chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces

1tablespoonolive oil
For the Pasta and Sauce
20ozcheese tortellinifresh or frozen
3tablespoonbutter
4clovesgarlicminced
1cupheavy cream
½cupchicken broth
½cupparmesan cheesegrated
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
Instructions
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Whisk in heavy cream, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked tortellini and chicken to the sauce. Stir to coat and heat for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning to taste. You can also substitute shrimp for chicken.
