Ingredients
  

For the Eggs

  • 6–8 pieces hard-boiled eggs peeled

For the Sauce

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then peel them.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onions until translucent. Add garlic, garlic paste, and the remaining sauce ingredients. Cook until heated through.
  • Coat the boiled eggs with the sauce and serve warm.

Notes

You can adjust the spice level by varying the amount of cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes.
