Ingredients
  

For the Steak and Vegetables

  • 1 medium butternut squash about 2 cups cubed
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Fresh Herbs

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cube the butternut squash and season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and herbs, then cook the steak to desired doneness.

Notes

Adjust seasoning according to your preference. You can also add other vegetables if desired.
