Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the baking dish. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.
Brush the melted butter over the tater tots. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve warm with additional ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the casserole for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. You can also add crumbled bacon for extra flavor.
