Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Prepare the breading by setting up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
Shape the chicken mixture into sticks. Dip each stick first into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sticks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra flavor, season the panko breadcrumbs before breading the sticks.
