Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Mixture

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken Use store-bought rotisserie chicken or cook fresh chicken.
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust to your preferred spice level.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Fresh or low-moisture works best.

For the Breading

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Forms the first layer of breading.
  • 2 large Eggs Essential for binding.
  • 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs Preferred for a light, crispy coat.

For Frying and Serving

  • 2 cups Cooking Oil Use oils with a high smoke point.
  • 1 cup Dipping Sauces Serve with blue cheese or ranch.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Prepare the breading by setting up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Shape the chicken mixture into sticks. Dip each stick first into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs.
  • Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sticks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra flavor, season the panko breadcrumbs before breading the sticks.
