Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon bubble-gum flavoring
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • White food gel optional
  • Pink food gel optional
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup confetti rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in bubblegum flavoring and vanilla.
  • Divide mixture into two bowls. Tint one white with food gel and the other light pink. Mix until evenly colored.
  • Spread white fudge into pan, then dollop pink fudge on top. Swirl gently with a toothpick to marble.
  • Sprinkle marshmallows and sprinkles on top, pressing lightly to stick.
  • Chill for at least 3 hours until firm.
  • Lift out using parchment and cut into squares to serve.

Notes

  • Use gentle swirling for a cloud-like marbled effect.
  • Press marshmallows lightly so they don’t fall off after chilling.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5 days, refrigerate up to 2 weeks, or freeze up to 3 months.
