- 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon bubble-gum flavoring
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- White food gel optional
- Pink food gel optional
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup confetti rainbow sprinkles
Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in bubblegum flavoring and vanilla.
Divide mixture into two bowls. Tint one white with food gel and the other light pink. Mix until evenly colored.
Spread white fudge into pan, then dollop pink fudge on top. Swirl gently with a toothpick to marble.
Sprinkle marshmallows and sprinkles on top, pressing lightly to stick.
