Brownie Cookie Swirls
These Brownie Cookie Swirls combine the rich taste of brownies with the softness of cookie dough.

Ingredients
For the Cookie Dough
- 1 package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
For the Brownie Mix
- 1 box brownie mix
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until smooth.
- Take a portion of the cookie dough and flatten it.
- Add a spoonful of brownie batter in the center and fold the dough around it.
- Place the swirls on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
Try adding nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
