For the Dressing

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, diced apple, dried cranberries, nuts, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise or yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, black pepper, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Notes
This salad is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
