Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just blended.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour small amounts of batter to form poppers.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes

You can add chocolate chips or fruit to the batter for extra flavor.
