Instructions
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just blended.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour small amounts of batter to form poppers.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
