Instructions
Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta with dried cranberries, chopped pecans, turkey, green onions, and celery.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, and poppy seed dressing.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix until well combined.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add other ingredients like diced apples or raisins for extra flavor.
