Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 12 oz bow-tie pasta or any short pasta like rotini
  • cup dried cranberries I like Ocean Spray Craisins
  • cup toasted chopped pecans for extra crunch and flavor
  • 2 cups cooked turkey chopped
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup diced celery about 2 stalks

For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional, to balance flavors
  • cup mayonnaise I prefer Hellmann’s
  • cup poppy seed dressing Briannas is a good brand

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta with dried cranberries, chopped pecans, turkey, green onions, and celery.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, and poppy seed dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix until well combined.
  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add other ingredients like diced apples or raisins for extra flavor.
