Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries Gently folded in
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in blueberries.
  • Divide the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Let muffins cool before serving. You can store them in an airtight container for up to three days.
