These Blueberry Biscuit Bites are warm, jam-filled pastries made from refrigerated biscuit dough. Perfect for brunch, snacks, or a quick dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits 8-count
  • ¼ cup organic blueberry jam
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten biscuits slightly and place on baking sheet.
  • Fill each with ½ teaspoon jam and 2–3 blueberries. Fold and seal into a ball.
  • Brush tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden.
  • Cool 5 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any jam or fruit combo.
  • Crescent roll dough works as an alternative.
  • Not freezer-friendly.
  • Add lemon zest, cinnamon, or vanilla for flavor variations.
  • Store at room temp up to 2 days.
