For the Coating

Instructions
Melt the white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
Once melted, stir in the heavy whipping cream, blue curaçao, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until firm, about 2 hours.
Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
Roll the truffles in blue sanding sugar or your choice of alternative coatings.
Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.
