These Blackened Shrimp Tacos are quick to prepare and full of flavor. The shrimp are seasoned and cooked to perfection, served in warm tortillas with a fresh slaw.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are cooked through and blackened.
In another bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
Assemble the tacos by placing the blackened shrimp on the tortillas and topping with the slaw.
