For the Beef Mixture

ground beef

chopped mushrooms

onion, diced
For the Rice

cup
uncooked white rice
For the Sauce

can (10.5 oz)
cream of mushroom soup

cups
beef broth
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onions, and mushrooms until the beef is browned.
In a baking dish, combine the beef mixture with rice, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth.
Mix well and cover the dish with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
You can add cheese on top for extra flavor.
