Ingredients
  

For the Beef Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, diced

For the Rice

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice

For the Sauce

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onions, and mushrooms until the beef is browned.
  • In a baking dish, combine the beef mixture with rice, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth.
  • Mix well and cover the dish with foil.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes

You can add cheese on top for extra flavor.
