Ingredients
  

For the Fried Rice

  • 2 cup cooked rice Use day-old rice for best results.
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables Frozen or fresh.

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the cooked rice. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3 minutes until heated through.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, and honey for the sauce.
  • Pour the sauce over the rice and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then serve hot.

Notes

You can add protein like chicken or shrimp for a heartier meal.
