For the Bowl

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic, and lime juice to create the sauce.
Once chicken is cooked, slice it and toss it in the sauce until well coated.
To assemble the bowls, layer cooked rice, shredded carrots, cucumber, edamame, and the sauced chicken. Top with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Notes
You can adjust the spiciness of the dish by altering the amount of sriracha in the sauce.
